Arrive in Style

• —No-Shows: 100% trip cost charged if client fails to show or cancels after driver is en route.
• —Child Seats: Available at $20 each; must be installed by passenger.
• —Wait Time: First 15 min free for transfers. Airport grace: 60 min for international, 30 min domestic. Extra time billed in 15-min increments at vehicle's hourly rate.
• —Minors: Adult chaperone required in all vehicles for minors; chauffeurs cannot act as chaperones.
• —Cancellations: Sedans/SUVs – cancel ≥ 4 hrs before pickup. Sprinters – cancel ≥ 24 hours before pickup. Minicoaches and Motorcoaches – cancel ≥ 7 days before pickup. Limousines and Partybuses – cancel ≥ 7 days before pickup. Special events – cancel ≥ 3 months before (may be non-refundable). 25% retainer due at booking; forfeited if cancellation is late.
• —Damage/Cleaning Fees: Client liable for damages; min $250 fee for excessive cleaning/bodily fluids. Pet fee $25 (uncrated).
• —Lost Items: Not responsible for left items.
• —Alcohol/Drugs: Alcohol only for passengers 21+ in partitioned vehicles; no drugs, smoking, or unruly behavior. Service may be terminated without refund.
• —Force Majeure: Not liable for cancellations/delays due to events beyond control.
• —Indemnity: Both parties protect each other from liabilities except in cases of negligence/willful misconduct.
• —Confidentiality: All client information kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
• —Special Event Pricing: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Formula 1 Week, Art Basel, certain special sporting events such as the Orange Bowl, and G20 Summit dates may require special-event pricing. If your request falls on a special event date, we will reach out with the correct pricing. You are welcome to cancel if it does not fit your needs.
